Payment Policy
- We accept online payments only.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Orders will be processed only after the payment has been successfully received.

Return & Replacement Policy
- Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or has missing items upon delivery.
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all damaged or missing product claims. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).
- Once the claim is verified, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be provided.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided or if the order is cancelled by AJ the Ant Toys.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.
- No refunds will be provided for incorrect product selection or change-of-mind purchases.
